Healthy Life for a Day| No Stress and for Beginner

          Hey guys! Today i want to share with you about my experience with healthy life. So, first time actually i want to diet BUT failed lol, and this is my routine now after i tried soooo many tips from the internet, watched  youtube, some advices, but yeah failed. i won't give you diet tips because i'm a food addict and it still makes your body slim without diet and no stressed! Check it out.

Detox Water
           So, in the morning i usually drink detox water, you can make it by yourself. It's so easy, you just need a botol or a jar and then put in some lemon slice and add water. Not only lemon, you can use cucumber, kiwi, strawberry, lime, or maybe mixed them up.





Workout
           I usually workout for 30 mins at home, i don't go to gym only watch video on youtube after that i run for 30 mins, i only do that 3 times for a week. It can help you to decrease your belly fat, legs, and up your bum. It also increase your spiritted to start your daily activities.




Healthy Breakfast
            well, i usually hungry in the morning, i decide to have healthy food for breakfast, it's so easy you can make it by yourself like oatmeal with strawberry, blueberry, banana, or honey. Or make a juice and two slice wheat bread, or maybe you have another delicious receipt? Just comment on my post i would love to try the new one!


Lunch Plans
             Usually if you don't have breakfast in the morning, you will feel so hungry and anything you will eat, just try to make a plan for your lunch what do you want to eat what time and etc, it prevent you to eat too much and junk food can increase your weight! Beware girls.




Relaxing
           I usually relaxing my body and my mind after back to school, i prefer watch youtube videos, play game, stratching, watch sunset, have my hot milk and after that take a shower and listen to music while i take shower , that can help my body and mind feels more relax and no stress.




No Stress before Bad
              Before i go to bed, i plan what i want to do tomorrow, and if i have bad day i just forget about it and try to fix it next time, and i'm grateful for what i have today :)
