How To Sleep Faster

             Hi guys! Today i want to share some tips if you have insomnia at night, you can try one of some tips and the most important you don't need soporific! Check it out!

DON'T Drink Tea or Coffee
              If you want to sleep faster and no soporific, don't drink tea or coffee if you want to drink at least at lunch time, because caffein can keep you up till 5 hours.


Warm Bath
             After busy day, you can relaxing in hot tube! Or just do it in bath you can add aromatherapy and read your fav magazine! If you don't like reading, you can listen to classic music. Not only makes your body relax but your mind as well.





Read Boring Book
              If you're usually texting your friend, checking social media, watching youtube, etc. Now you should try to read a boring book, because it will makes your brain bored and sleepy, don't watch tv, check your social media with your gadget, laptop, or pc, because it keep makes you up.





 Hot Milk
               Hot milk can helps you to sleep faster and sleep well, you can add some chocho powder, cream or anything you like.




Listen to Music
                  Music makes you relax, you can listen to classic or therapy music and imagine that you walk on the beach, mountain with fresh air, or romantic place till you fall asleep.
